These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sales360 (“App”, “we”, “our”, “us”), a mobile application developed by Concord Technosoft Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the App.
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including but not limited to, businesses, sales representatives, and administrators.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data. You will ensure that any data you input or share through the App is accurate, lawful, and free of malicious code or viruses. You are responsible for your activity within the App, including communications with customers and partners.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App strictly for your internal business operations.
The App may collect personal, usage, and location data to improve functionality and services. All data is stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. You acknowledge that despite best efforts, no digital platform is 100% secure, and you accept any risks associated with digital data storage and transfer.
We implement reasonable data backup mechanisms, but we do not guarantee protection against accidental data loss or corruption. Users are advised to regularly export or back up important data through available options within the App.
Our App may offer integration with third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or data handling practices of these third-party services. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) without prior notice. Continued use after any changes constitutes your consent to such changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concord Technosoft Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your activity may cause harm to us or other users.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Concord Technosoft Pvt Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of Delhi, India.
